A guarantor promises to pay your rent if you can't. Usually a parent or relative living in the UK.
We'll hold your studio for 7 days while you finish everything: your Rightmove checks (ID, right to rent and references), your guarantor if your plan needs one, and your licence agreement signed by you and your guarantor. We'll guide you through it and remind you along the way.
The £99 is a holding deposit: it holds the studio for you and goes towards your rent. We keep it if you decide not to go ahead, if everything isn't finished within 7 days (unless we agree more time), if the right-to-rent check shows we can't let to you, or if information you give us is false or misleading.
