Cookies are small files a website saves on your device. We keep ours to the ones the site needs to work, so there is nothing to switch on or off.
Cookies and storage we use
- Signing in - keeps you signed in to the Zone app for up to 30 days (agents to their portal for 90 days), until you sign out
- Recommended by a friend - if you follow a friend's referral link, remembers their code for 60 days so they get their thank-you when you book
- Your booking form - if something goes wrong while you're booking, your browser keeps what you typed for a few minutes so you don't have to type it again. It is never sent anywhere else
- Live chat - your browser remembers an open chat so it's still there if you move to another page
Counting visits
We count visits to our website - how many people come, where from (for example Google or Instagram), which pages they look at and whether they go on to book - so we can improve the site. We do this without cookies, and we don't keep your IP address: each visit is turned into a code that changes every day, so we can't tell who you are or follow you from one day to the next.
Other websites
3D tours (Matterport) and videos (Vimeo) open on those websites, which have their own privacy and cookie policies.
Blocking cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though you then won't be able to stay signed in to the Zone app.
